POSITION TITLE: Account Service, E-marketing
EFFECTIVE DATE: January 2010

POSITION SUMMARY:
This person will provide support to the EPM and responsive customer service to C.TRAC e-marketing prospects and clients. The goal is successfully applying knowledge of C.TRAC best practices and skill in our email software to support and grow client e-marketing programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build a strong relationship with e-marketing business partners and related entities, enabling future research into their capabilities on clients’ behalf
Provide responsive customer care. Respond to clients calls, emails and requests promptly and effectively. Provide support, consultation and problem resolution
Implement client email programs, including testing, deployment and ad hoc reporting
Lead e-marketing activities of smaller and/or "nonmanaged" email accounts
Act as support for major "managed" email accounts, when EPM unavailable
Answer client questions regarding their email accounts and programs
Work with C.TRAC development team to build client solutions as needed
Collaborate with CSRs and operations as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of related products to customers
Compile account review documentation as requested/directed by the EPM for use in account management
Proactively identify potential client problems and/or opportunities as related to their email marketing activities
Assist co-workers and other departments with needed tasks, respond to questions.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed to contribute to team effort.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
Three to five years customer service related experience required
Understanding of email marketing required
Demonstrated success in learning and utilizing new software platforms
The ability to build expertise in C.TRAC’s email software and e-marketing best practices
Proven computer literacy, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong time management skills and ability to dynamically prioritize according to the situation.
Strong professional written, verbal and presentation skills.
Solid reasoning and problem solving ability.
Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to get along with others and lead others in situations where no formal authority structure exists.
ENVIRONMENT & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Usual office environment and working conditions that require sitting, standing, typing/keying. Also, some car travel to and from appointments, meetings, and events. May encounter weather conditions while driving, and other environmental conditions at off site meetings.
