POSITION SUMMARY:

International Data Management (IDMI) – Senior Account Executive IDMI is one of the nation’s premier full-service database management organizations serving the non-profit community. We specialize in complete donation response processing, merge/purge, 24-hour personalized thank you receipting, list fulfillment, and file performance analysis. We are seeking an established, passionate, and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. This talented candidate must have 5+ years of in-depth sales and account management experience within the non-profit fundraising industry. This position will build new client relationships and promote IDMI’s products and services, assist clients with strategic database direction including; new donor conversion and retention, lapsed re-activation and long-term donor value trends and performance analysis. The primary focus of this position is new business growth. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

5+ years of sales experience in the fund raising industry
Established and proven contacts within the industry
Ability to work well on your own
Passion for the industry
Excellent communication skills
